Are you an experienced Estimator looking for an exciting opportunity in the commercial construction industry? Rapidly growing construction company based in Orem, UT, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team!
Position: Estimator
Location: Orem, UT
Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year (DOE)

What You'll Do:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Review bids from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they align with project needs
- Track and update cost data throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the growth and success of Mountain West Industrial by providing reliable estimates that support timely and profitable project execution
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the commercial construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and project management
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., ProEst, Sage Estimating, or similar)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
- A passion for contributing to a growing company and being part of a close-knit team
