What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for multiple projects
- Work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate timelines and milestones
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to prevent delays
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and develop proactive solutions
- Utilize scheduling software to track and report on project timelines and deadlines
- Ensure all scheduling aligns with project budgets, contracts, and client expectations
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler in commercial construction
- Strong proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency
