Express Employment is Seeking a Paint Prep and Powder Coating Specialist!
*PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN POWDER COATING IS REQUIRED*
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal for powder coating and painting by grinding, washing and taping to ensure a flawless finish.
- Lifting and hanging metal pieces onto racks for processing.
- Organize materials on pallets for efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be dependable and a team player.
- Capable of lifting up to 80 pounds.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Pay: Starting at $17/hour with opportunities for advancement.
