Industrial Painter
A local company in Mesquite, NV that specializes in the design and manufacturing of a full-line of high-quality power testing equipment known as load banks is looking for an experienced associate to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of their load banks. A load bank is an electrical apparatus used to verify the performance of an electrical power source. The most common application for the equipment is to provide an exercise "load" for standby emergency generators. These emergency generators are typically installed at hospitals, hotels, office buildings, skyscrapers, water treatment facilities, data centers, large retail facilities, and other such sites. The load banks provide a precise and stable electrical load for the generators. The electrical load created by load banks allows for verification of the performance of the generator on a scheduled maintenance interval.
Loadtec brings on all new associates through Express Employment as evaluation hires. After completing approximately 90 days of employment through Express Employment, associates are eligible to be converted to Loadtec's payroll to become an official employee of Loadtec
Compensation for the Industrial Painter
- Starting Pay: $15
- Pay Range: $15 - $22 upon demonstration of proficiency
Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities of the Industrial Painter
- Prep parts for paint process
- Sanding, degreasing, masking and inspecting parts to ensure quality finish
- Hang and paint parts using industrial spray guns
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and all company-related policies
Requirements of the Industrial Painter
- Must have a basic knowledge of industrial or automotive paint process
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must be able to work the entire work schedule each week
