Job Full Description

Express Employment Professional is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Manager for our valued client. As a manager you will oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating logistics, and maintaining inventory. Your skills will be essential in communicating with a diverse team and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients in both English and Spanish.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse software and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
