Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting businesses with talented individuals. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the value of our staffing services will contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Consult with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present Express Employment Professionals’ services and benefits to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience, especially in staffing or recruitment, is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
