Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored properly.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
