Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager who will oversee the storage and inventory management of military supplies and equipment. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of military logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory, including receiving, inspecting, and storing supplies.
- Forklift Experience: Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is required.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of inventory and receipts, ensuring compliance with military regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and perform maintenance on warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Military Experience: Prior experience in military logistics or supply chain management is highly valued.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and documentation.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks and operate warehouse equipment.
