Skills and Experience Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in a warehouse or dock setting preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or mobile warehouse apps
- Ability to plan, organize, and take initiative independently
Job Responsibilities
- Track all incoming and outgoing units using a mobile app
- Coordinate daily with the warehouse and dock team to organize unit storage
- Oversee all activity on the dock and in the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations
- Take ownership of warehouse organization, flow, and team performance
Pay and Schedule
