Express Employment Professionals has a Direct Hire Opportunity in based in Lynchburg, Virginia.
We are seeking a skilled Lithographic Printing Press Operator to set up, operate, and maintain lithographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in web press operation, color matching, and quality control, ensuring that all jobs meet client and company specifications.
Set up and operate lithographic printing presses according to job specifications
Monitor press operations to ensure quality and consistency
Adjust ink, water, and registration to maintain print quality
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press equipment
Inspect printed materials for defects and make necessary adjustments
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Previous experience operating a lithographic press preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot press issues
Knowledge of color theory and ink mixing is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
