Job Full Description
A custom sheet metal fabrication shop is hiring a Powder Coating Line Supervisor in Newport News!
What you would be doing:
- A supervisory role that also requires hands on work to troubleshoot and maintain the equipment
- Supervising 3 people to ensure safe practices and efficient work are being followed
- Record , maintain, and correct pretreatment chemical levels
- Record, maintain, and correct dry off and curing oven temperatures
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of powder coating experience including on an automated line required
- Supervisory experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Overtime is optional
