Rebecca Franklin

Staffing Consultant

I've been with Express for 8 years as an Employment Specialist. My job involves staffing and recruiting for different roles and industries throughout Hampton Roads. I handle the entire recruitment process from start to finish, working with both clients and employees. While I mainly focus on industrial roles, I have experience in recruiting for a wide variety of positions.

I love helping people find jobs they love and being able to provide for themselves and their families. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and spending time with my four children. My favorite quote is, "The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why." – Mark Twain.

I believe in continually striving for excellence and going above and beyond to contribute positively to the collective goals and success of my team and organization. Each day, I am driven by a strong sense of purpose and determination to make a meaningful impact in whatever I do.

Gary Webb

You could say that I'm from Hampton Roads, VA. I have lived here since I was 6 years old, having moved from Tennessee. Despite that, I'm still a die-hard Volunteer fan and love the orange. I've thoroughly enjoyed growing up here in Hampton Roads, VA. There's plenty to do, and it's easy to take drives to the mountains, beaches, and rivers here.

With more than 9 years of experience at Express Employment Professionals, I specialize in business development. My primary role is to connect current and potential clients with our services and to build long-lasting professional relationships.

I like to stay active and enjoy various activities. One of my favorite pastimes is spending time on the water. Spending time with my family is important to me, and I enjoy going to local activities and festivals with them. I love food and discovering new lunch and dining spots with Mary, my beautiful and amazing wife. You can find me cheering and watching anything related to Rocky Top and supporting the Volunteers come sports season.

The words I like to live by are: "Empathy and sympathy can lift anyone's spirit, and treat others the way you want to be treated." When someone asks me why I love business development, I explain that I do not sell; I would rather create relationships. Helping people grow and reach their potential means so much more to me.

I have been with express for 3 years, I come from a sales and flight attendant background

I specialize in connecting local businesses with exceptional talent for office related and business operation roles. My expertise has lead clients to request contract buyouts for candidates several times, highlighting my success in building valuable relationships and having a good understanding of our clients needs.

What I love about Express is how connected and up to date I feel within the community & local workforce. I love the opportunities I get to cultivate relationships whether it’s with our candidates or our clients.

In my free-time I am an avid reader, explorer, gardener, & baker. I love being crafty & am super passionate about skin health. If I don’t have my feet in the dirt, you can find me on the couch with a good book, in the kitchen with flour all over the place, or attempting to use my pottery wheel.
