DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

 

Industrial Manufacturing Plant needs Supervisor

 

Duties include:

 

• Work on plant floor to direct, supervise and lead machine operators and laborers, maintenance and quality staff 
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures
• Review goals and production numbers for team
• Terminate and train employees
• Assign tasks to employees
• Resolve staff issues and provide counseling
• Liaise with Plant Manager and facilities departments
• Review labor cost and minimize overtime

 

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial supervisory experience
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial equipment operation knowledge
• Ability to obtain industry certifications

Day shift position

 

Pay $80-95K, DOE
