EPA Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for a local Apartment Complex located in Roanoke, VA
You MUST have your EPA Certification, fixing things around the multi-complex, there are a lot of work orders daily, so you must be able to fix one thing and move right into the next problem, changing light bulbs, changing sinks, replacing refrigerators, hot water heaters, etc.
Pay depends on your experience $24/HR starting out and then you will go to $28/HR once hired on
Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 5:00 pm
