Yard Attendant – Temp-to-Hire
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 1-Hour Lunch
$18/hour

As a Temp-to-Hire position, this opportunity allows you to showcase your skills with the potential for long-term employment. Yard Attendants play a vital role as the frontline, using industry-leading technology and resources to keep operations running smoothly.
A Day in the Life:
- Perform vehicle check-ins, recording and filing important information
- Clean and detail vehicles to enhance their appearance for auction (training provided)
- Safely move vehicles around the yard and participate in drive-through auctions
- Recover keys, license plates, and other items from vehicles for proper storage
- Assist customers and visitors, providing guidance as needed
- Gain hands-on experience and training in forklift and loader operation
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
- Positive attitude and great customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in an outdoor environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus but not required
- Experience in automotive, equipment rental, or construction industries is a bonus
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. (and occasionally over 100 lbs.)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must remain alert around heavy equipment and moving vehicles
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, twisting, climbing, and crawling may be required
