Local, successful Insurance Agent seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative.
We are seeking an energetic professional interested in helping business grown thru value-based conversation and remarkable customer service. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Establish customer relations and follow up with customers.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
