Job Full Description
HVAC Service Technician
Express is seeking to fill a full-time, 40-hour position for an HVAC Service Technician to perform highly skilled HVAC services across various facilities, including installations, diagnosis, maintenance, and repairs. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, including boilers, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
- Oversee computerized HVAC controls to monitor and optimize system performance.
- Conduct preventative and routine maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Work collaboratively with the Owners and other team members to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or High School Diploma/GED with certification from an accredited trade school.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a professional HVAC Service Technician
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment, all makes and models.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $52,000 - $62,400, commensurate with experience and education.
