As an Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and superior service delivery across our properties.

 

Position Summary: As the Operations expert, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties and clients. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing property maintenance and upkeep, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and fostering a positive team environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Management:

    • Supervise property maintenance, ensuring all units meet our quality standards.
    • Coordinate repairs, renovations, and maintenance schedules with vendors and contractors.
    • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
  2. Customer Service:

    • Oversee the customer service experience, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve tenant issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
    • Maintain tenant satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
  3. Administrative Oversight:

    • Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial records.
    • Coordinate leasing activities, including tenant screenings, lease signings, and renewals.
    • Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
  4. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and motivate a team of property management and administrative staff.
    • Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
    • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  5. Vendor and Community Relations:

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
    • Represent Plus Housing in local community events and networking opportunities.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in property management or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of property maintenance, leasing regulations, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
