Job Summary: Express Employment in Bellingham is recruiting Cooks for a busy manufacturing company in Bellingham. Location: Bellingham
Pay: $17.68, with a raise once hired on
Position Type: Evaluation
Schedule: Rotating days off, 1:00 pm-9:00 pm
Responsibilities and Job Duties May Include:
-Process product orders according to recipes and product outlines
-Weighing quantities of liquid, frozen ingredients
-Weighs ingredients accurately using the metric system
-Completing required paperwork, shutdown, disassembles, cleans and reassembles equipment
-Monitor cooler temperature and recycle
-Documents all ingredients on a usage log
-Performs assembly and disassembly of all liquid pumping equipment, coloring mixers, ingredient containers, and associated equipment
-Dump product into the hopper
-Pump the product into plastic-lined pans to ensure proper thickness for consistency of the product quality
-Put pans into the wheeled storage rack and complete a tag for each rack
-Roll each rack into the Setting Room
-Disassemble, clean, and reassemble the pump, panning table, etc. as needed
