Job Full Description
Overview: A local property management company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Verifying invoices
- Data entry
- Reconciling statements
- Preparing payments
- Maintaining records
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service
- Accounts Payable experience
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Yardi experience preferred, but not required.
Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday 6:45AM-2:45PM (some flexibility in schedule)
Pay:
$30.00/hour
