Job Full Description
Overview: A local non-profit is seeking a detail-oriented and organized indidviual to provide temporary accounting support as they audit and reconcile financial records.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Review and organize files related to utility statements
- Assist in auditing financial records for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile bank statements, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and organizational data
- Collaborate with the finance team to support project completion
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes and financial documentation
Pay:
$25.00/hour
Schedule:
Flexible part-time 20 hours per week until project is completed
