Job Full Description
Overview: Maintain the appearance of grounds and cleanliness of Marina and Port properties.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Operate small watercraft - docking, parking and repositioning boats.
- Operate marina sewage pump out and fueling equipment.
- Perform work as scheduled and assigned by the lead or manager and following appropriate safety and operational procedures.
- Maintain the appearance of the grounds and cleanliness of facilities.
- Perform routine and periodic cleaning of buildings, structures, grounds, vehicles and equipment.
- Operate limited tools and equipment related to basic grounds keeping and custodial duties including, but not limited to, hand and power tools, sedans, trucks and mowing equipment.
- Observe, note and report maintenance and security problems to Lead or Manager. Be alert to situations requiring response for cleanliness and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Washington State driver''s license
- Skills or familiarity with marine or aviation environment is desirable
- Good math, writing and oral communication skills
- Responding to coworkers and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Bend, lift, carry or push up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Both indoor and outdoor working environment
Hours/Shift:
Full time Monday though Sunday, typically between 8am and 5pm. During peak or holidays may be required to work until 8pm. 2 days off in a row. Schedule published each month. WEEKENDS ARE MANDATORY

$20.00 / hour
