Overview

• Lead and oversee the parts department in a retail environment, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
• Utilize your 5+ years of parts management experience and mechanical aptitude to provide top-notch customer service and team leadership.
• Work in a dynamic environment, both indoors and outdoors, managing inventory, sales, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitability of the parts department, supervising and training staff on policies, procedures, and systems.
• Order, stock, and analyze inventory needs while maintaining manufacturer relationships and adhering to warranty and pricing standards.
• Promote excellent communication and customer service, handling phone inquiries, purchase orders, and online transactions with efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of parts management experience in a retail setting with expertise in two- and four-cycle engines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), POS systems, and online parts lookups.
• Capable of managing physical demands, including lifting up to 70 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
