Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Business Developer to join our Everett team performing B2B sales. This is a fulltime, permanent position offering day shift hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. This role involves outbound sales calls and door-to-door outreach to local businesses.

You will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, understanding their staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to local businesses to introduce our services and build relationships.
- Execute a high volume of calls and emails to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Assess client needs and present customized staffing solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up diligently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales. Experience in staffing or recruitment is a plus!
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients face-to-face.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of outreach.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Typing 45+ wpm minimum.
- Strong writing / marketing skills.
