Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals in Everett is seeking a talented Equipment Maintenance Mechanic to join a dynamic production company. This is a fantastic direct hire opportunity offering full-time, overnight shift hours with competitive pay and benefits! Shifts are Sunday - Tuesday 6 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. with alternating Wednesdays for training.

Position Type: Direct Hire, Full-Time, Day Shift
Pay Range: $26 - $36 per hour (DOE) + Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and safely operate equipment.
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Maintain detailed equipment records and conduct regular inspections.
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment.
- Keep maintenance areas clean and organized.
- Install new equipment and relocate existing machinery.
- Plan and organize job sites, communicate plans, and stage appropriate tools.
- Ensure effective communication between maintenance and operations teams.
- Report compliance issues.
- Collaborate with QA, Safety, and other departments to execute health/safety action plans.
- Undertake additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 7+ years of maintenance experience with advanced troubleshooting skills.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in reading electrical and mechanical plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, CMMS, and Control Systems.
- Ability to obtain forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications.
- Basic tool set required (combo wrenches, screwdrivers, basic socket set, channel locks, adjustable wrenches, etc.).
- Additional skills such as fabrication experience, TIG welding, vibrational analysis, and PLC/Control experience are a plus!
