Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a fulltime, permanent position working day shift 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday. Starting pay is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience.
The AP Specialist position involves performing data entry for accounts payable, reconciling credit card statements, and entering invoices in QuickBooks. You'll also organize and file financial documents, handle high-volume transactions efficiently, and maintain excellent organizational and time management skills. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, proficiency in QuickBooks and Adobe, and experience in accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform data entry for accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile credit card statements and ensure timely payments.
- Route and enter invoices in QuickBooks with precision.
- Organize and maintain financial documents systematically.
- Efficiently handle high-volume transactions.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Adobe, and handling PDFs.
- Proven experience in accounts payable.
- Familiarity with other accounting systems is a plus.
