Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a dedicated Janitor for a company in Arlington, WA. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you! This is a fulltime, permanent position offering day shift hours Monday - Friday. Days start at 5 a.m. or 6 a.m. (depending on work load) with 40 hour weeks. Starting pay is $18 per hour in an industrial work environment with a comprehensive benefits package. Start your day early and finish with a sense of accomplishment.
Duties include:
- General cleaning of the building and office areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, maintaining garbage and restroom areas, etc.)
- Perform and document routine inspections and maintenance activities, noting and communicating any problems or necessary repairs to management.
- Process small and large scrap FRP.
- Dust cured resin batches.
- Remove/drain empty containers and barrels (e.g., for catalyst, putty, resin).
- Dust throughout the facility (floors, exhausters with filters, horizontal surfaces, etc.).
- Maintain chop and laminating areas (routinely change floor paper and cardboard due to fire hazard).
- Restock and maintain supply rooms/storage areas.
Qualifications
- MUST be comfortable cleaning fiberglass dust.
- Work experience in a janitor position.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with team members.
