Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Industrial Production Worker for a manufacturing company in Arlington. This is a fulltime, permanent role offering day shift hours.
Location: Arlington, WA
Hours: 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Pay: $22 per hour during peak season, $20 per hour off-peak with performance raise opportunities
Our client specializes in producing high-quality fiberglass parts, and the work environment emphasizes teamwork, continuous training, and a strong commitment to safety. As such, they are looking for someone with similar work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn various operations involved in swimming pool production
- Glue fiberglass sheets together
- Cut fiberglass sheets to match specifications
- Sand and grind products to ensure smooth edges
- Perform other general labor duties while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proficiency or willingness to learn to use standard power and hand tools (drills, routers, sanders, skill saws, scrapers, grinders)
- Comfort working with fiberglass materials in a potentially dusty environment while adhering to strict PPE guidelines
- Strong attention to detail to maintain high product quality standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Physical ability to stand, squat, reach, and carry out tasks
