Description:
One of our local clients in Tri-Cities is hiring an Experienced Welder who has done shop welding, Tig, Mig etc.
Must have at least 2-3 years experience.

What Youll Be Doing:
· Must be able to work alone or in a team
· Read and understand diagrams, drawings, and designs, blue prints.
· Proven ability to operate general shop equipment including grinders, welders, plasma cutter, hydraulic press, sanders, overhead crane, auto crane, power tools, and other equipment
· Fabricate, measure, cut, assemble complex equipment, exceed manufacturers recommendations
· Document repairs and complete paperwork
· Track all materials used in repairs or replacements
· Ability to meet deadlines
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
· Follow all safety procedures
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Must be able to lift 50 lbs+
· Stand, kneel, bend, reach, squat, etc.
· Valid Washington driver’s license
· Clean driving record preferred and proof of motor vehicle record!
· Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
· Strong communication skills
· Strong organization skills and attention to detail
· Ability to function well in high paced and at times stressful environment
· Strong punctuality
· 1-3 year’s of welding experience (using mig, tig, stick, stainless, mild steel, silicone, bronze)
· Agriculture repairs and fabrication of mild and stainless steel for food production
· Understanding of farming, agribusiness, irrigation and processing equipment
· Mechanical knowledge of irrigation and mechanical equipment, motors, turnbine pumps, and gearboxes
Pay: $20.00-$30.00
Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7:00am-5:30pm, overtime may be available depending on customers needs, 40-60 hours a week
