Job Full Description
Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Pay: $20-$25
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries and provide recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Assist in the translation of company materials or communications as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Proficient in using computers and customer management software.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends if required.
