Shift Schedule:

• Days: Monday – Friday
• Regular Hours: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
• Onboarding Shift: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

 

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (based on performance and business needs)

Dress Code:

• Casual attire: jeans, hoodies, T-shirts, etc.
• Mandatory: Safety toe shoes required for every shift.
• Safety vests and work gloves provided on site.
• Avoid wearing loose clothing or accessories for safety reasons.

 

Work Environment:

• Majority of the work (90%) is conducted outside in the Pipe Yard.
• Requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Fill and receive industrial orders accurately.
• Pick, consolidate, and load products efficiently.
• Perform general warehouse and outside storage work.
• Operate forklifts safely (e.g., Reach, Cherry Picker, Ride-On Pallet Jack).
• Pick, bundle, and stage pipe and conduit products.
• Maintain and use handheld scanners and operating systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong commitment to 100% accuracy and task completion the first time (DIRTFT).
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to team goals.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Experience operating forklifts (Reach and Cherry Pickers) and ride-on pallet jacks.

 

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and pull heavy objects (50+ lbs.) repetitively.
• Comfortable working in an outdoor yard environment.
• Regular operation of a forklift, PC, and RF Scanner required.
• Punctuality and reliability are critical to the role.

 

Work Schedule:

• Usual 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs.
