Job Full Description
Express Employment is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant for an accounting department for a 2-3 months.
Individual will be responsible for answering phones and fielding requests from those calls such as sending an invoice or receipt to a customer. There will be some light accounting work as well in the Business Central accounting software and some references in the old software Quickbooks. Individual will be trained in the Business central software. Individual must have strong customer service skills and some accounting experience.
Wage: $22 an hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
