We are looking for an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our Personal Lines team as an Insurance Account Manager.  This is a direct hire position so candidate will go directly to work for the company. 

We are hiring for a well-established independent brokerage that serves all lines of insurance. Job Summary:

As a member of our Property & Casualty Lines department, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our supportive team members to provide Insurance with a personal touch. We make insurance personal by getting to know our clients’ unique needs and lifestyles so that we can properly protect against a range of potential risks. We understand the diversity amongst our clients and work diligently to ensure that they and their families are appropriately covered.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develops and maintains relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems.
  • Prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and underwriters.
  • Review and analyze quotations from carriers.
  • Prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to our clients.
  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
  • Promote and cross-sell additional coverage to our clients

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior Insurance experience required
  • WA State property and casualty license.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player with a positive, ambitious attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability.
  • Detail oriented and strong analytical skills.
  • Passion for making a difference in the community.

The company will offer our new and existing employees assistance with maintaining any licenses required for their position. The company will pay for training time and materials, licensing test fees, renewal fees, as well as required continued education credits.

Job Type: Full-time - Direct hire position 

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
