Job Full Description
Express is currently recruiting a Temporary Receptionist with a local company. This is a Full Time, 7:30AM – 5PM.
The pay is $18.00
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer multi-line phone
- Taking orders over the phone
- Ordering permits online
- Logging deposits in QuickBooks
- Receiving mail
- Other general office duties and tasks as assigned- filing, scanning, faxing etc
Skills and Qualities Required
- Comfortable with computers, basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent customer service over the phone
- Comfortable with general clerical duties
- Basic QuickBooks a plus
- Ability to work independently
