Felicia Wilde

Office Manager & Account Manager

Felicia has been working with Express Employment Professionals since June 2009. Cowlitz County Express has had the privilege of being Felicia's only employer. She started working with Express in high school mainly helping with filing and little projects around the office. She then transitioned to a part-time Front Office Coordinator while finishing up her high school credits while also starting her college credits with full-time credit hours at Lower Columbia College. Once she graduated high school and received her Associates Degree, Felicia was transitioned to full-time and in April 2015 she was promoted to a Recruiter position. Felicia was most recently promoted into Outside Sales. To say that Felicia is a reliable, hardworking, and loyal employee would be an understatement. For Felicia, the most rewarding part of working with Cowlitz County Express is seeing the joy and appreciation that people have when she and her team are able to find them the perfect fit!

Though Felicia did some moving around in her younger years, she was born right here in Longview and has been here through high school and college. When Felicia is not working, you can find her practicing her softball skills! She played as a lefty pitcher and an outfielder in both high school in Kalama and college at LCC. She even shares her knowledge of the game with others, as she often coaches recreational softball teams - which goes back to her passion of coaching and helping people. Felicia is also an active member in Longview Early Edition Rotary. Felicia's future is bright with Cowlitz County Express and we are so happy to have her as part of our team!

Karrah Bass

Front Office Coordinator & Human Resource Assistant

Karrah joined Express Employment Professionals as a Front Office Coordinator & Human Resource Assistant in October 2025, bringing a dedicated spirit and a wealth of administrative expertise to our front office. As our Front Desk Coordinator, Karrah is the first point of contact for our associates and clients, a role she approaches with a deep commitment to consistency and integrity.

Karrah’s professional background is rooted in community service and operational excellence. Before joining the Express family, she spent eight years with the City of Port Aransas in Texas. During her tenure there, she served as a Permit Clerk and later transitioned into the role of Utility Clerk, where she mastered the art of managing complex municipal processes while providing top-tier service to the public. Her career journey also includes valuable experience working in refineries, which provided her with a strong foundation in hard work and reliability.

Originally from Corpus Christi, Texas, Karrah relocated to Rainier in 2025 to be closer to her parents. She is a firm believer that the best work happens when everyone feels heard, and she prides herself on being a dependable resource for her team and the community. For Karrah, the most rewarding part of her work at Express is the opportunity to support individuals in their career journeys and witness the moment they land a life-changing position.

Outside of the office, Karrah is a creative spirit and an avid reader who can often be found lost in the aisles of a bookstore. She also enjoys drawing and embarking on new adventures with her friends and family.

Elizabeth Pattison

Light Industrial & Skilled Trades Account Manager

We are excited to have Liz as part of the Express team! Since joining us in May 2025, she has brought so much heart and hustle to everything she does.

Liz’s professional journey started in her family’s small business, where she quickly rose to Assistant Manager. When that chapter closed, she followed her passion for helping others and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She spent six amazing years in the veterinary field, eventually leading a team of 11 as an Administrative Lead.

Why She Loves What She Does

Originally a Longview local and raised in Long Beach, Liz has been back in Longview for the last seven years. She is motivated by pure positive energy and loves seeing projects and people through from start to finish.

Liz shares. “I love knowing I was able to create a successful match between a candidate and an employer!”

Life Outside the Office

When she isn't busy making career matches at work, you can find Liz embracing the great outdoors. She is always on the move, whether she is:

Taking her two dogs to the beach
Spending quality time with her family
Riding dirt bikes, fishing, or hunting
