Felicia Wilde

Office Manager & Skilled Trades Account Manager

Felicia has been working with Express Employment Professionals since June 2009. Cowlitz County Express has had the privilege of being Felicia's only employer. She started working with Express in high school mainly helping with filing and little projects around the office. She then transitioned to a part-time Front Office Coordinator while finishing up her high school credits while also starting her college credits with full-time credit hours at Lower Columbia College. Once she graduated high school and received her Associates Degree, Felicia was transitioned to full-time and in April 2015 she was promoted to a Recruiter position. Felicia was most recently promoted into Outside Sales. To say that Felicia is a reliable, hardworking, and loyal employee would be an understatement. For Felicia, the most rewarding part of working with Cowlitz County Express is seeing the joy and appreciation that people have when she and her team are able to find them the perfect fit!

Though Felicia did some moving around in her younger years, she was born right here in Longview and has been here through high school and college. When Felicia is not working, you can find her practicing her softball skills! She played as a lefty pitcher and an outfielder in both high school in Kalama and college at LCC. She even shares her knowledge of the game with others, as she often coaches recreational softball teams - which goes back to her passion of coaching and helping people. Felicia is also an active member in Longview Early Edition Rotary. Felicia's future is bright with Cowlitz County Express and we are so happy to have her as part of our team!

Theresa Warrington

Light Industrial Account Manager

Theresa is our newest employee and started working with Express Employment in August 2024 as our Front Office Coordinator.  Theresa said the most rewarding part of working for Express is meeting new people and helping them find rewarding employment.

Theresa was born in Arizona but lived most of her life in the Portland metro area.  She moved to Longview in 2022 and hasn’t looked back!  Theresa enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks, spending time with her husband and dogs, and watching movies.  Theresa describes herself and punctual and diligent.  “I think creatively, and I love a laugh.  I can work with almost anyone, and I work hard to communicate clearly and effectively.”

Theresa is currently a member of Phi Theta Kappa & National Society of Leadership and Success.  Theresa is currently enrolled Southern New Hampshire University and will graduate with her BA in Accounting and Business in December 2024.

Lisa Nelson

Administrative & Professional Recruiter

Lisa Nelson started as an Administrative & Professional Account Manager in December 2024.  Lisa has a strong background in the administrative realm including property management, Executive Assistant to a CEO and database management and marketing.    

Lisa stated “Recruiting and HR has always been an interest of mine, so I'm excited to finally get the opportunity to learn the industry. I love that I am helping people advance their careers and become financially independent, therefore I am making a positive impact on the employee’s life and within the community.”

Lisa describes herself as very laid back, sincere and a confident person. She tend to integrate humor into her interactions and is hardworking, dedicated, kind and diligent.

Lisa is big on relaxation, so lounging around the house watching TV with her pets and partner is her ideal night after work. She has 3 cats (Beerus, Champa and Toaster) Lisa’s family is very important to her and they often talk daily. Lisa also enjoys true crime podcasts and word puzzles!

Lisa was born in California and moved to the Kelso/Longview area in 1999.  She moved back to the bay area for a short while only to return to Cowlitz County in 2021 to be with family.
