Sales Manager
Location: Moses Lake
Salary: $150,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking as it involves managing a small team of sales professionals. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading outside sales, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through re-engagement with former clients and acquisition of new business. The position includes a mix of office and remote work, with travel as necessary to engage with both large corporate and niche
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a sales team of 2-3 members to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
· Conduct outside sales, with a strong focus on both retaining current clients and re-engaging past clients.
· Proactively seek new business opportunities with potential clients ranging from large corporations to smaller entities.
· Employ a consultative sales approach to meet the needs of diverse clients, including those in specialized sectors of pharmaceuticals and science.
· Oversee the management of large-scale accounts and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
· Coordinate with internal teams to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of product offerings and innovations.
· Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
· Manage all sales communications and negotiations, ensuring they align with company goals and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or science-related industries.
· Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the pharmaceutical or natural ingredients sectors.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to travel as required to manage client relationships and close deals.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
