As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring their customers receive the support they need. You will get to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about insurance products and services.

- Assist customers in understanding insurance policies, claims, and coverage options
- Process policy changes, payments, and other service requests
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What you need to be successful:
- Sales
- Customer Service
- Detail Oriented
- Organized
- Ability to multitask
- Quick Learner
- Bilingual in English and Spanish would be ideal but not required
- Already licensed in property, casual, disability, and life OR willing get licensed and be reimbursed
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9AM to 5:00PM
Pay: $19.00
