Express is now hiring a part time temporary HR Assistant for a non-profit based out of Olympia, WA. This is temporary, fill-in position that is due to last 60-90 days. The schedule will be Monday through Thursday, 10am-3pm, in office. The compensation for this position will range from $19.20-$21.61/hr DOE.
Job Duties:
*Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring all files are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
*Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
*Assist with the backend of the onboarding process, including preparing new hire paperwork, setting up employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions.
*Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, generating reports, and maintaining HR databases.
*Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
*At least 2 or more years talent management, human resources
* Strong internal customer relations
* Non-Profit and BambooHR experience preferred but not required
*Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
*Ability to present oneself professionally in person, on the phone and in written communication. Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
*Ability to follow procedures and ensure completion of accurate records.
