The Specialized Recruiting Group of Olympia is now hiring for a Marketing Coordinator at a local company based out of Lacey, WA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000-$65,000/yr DOE. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing social media accounts, developing marketing plans, and creating engaging content across various platforms. This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's availability and preference.
Job Duties:
- Start and update all social media accounts.
- Develop a growth marketing plan.
- Update web pages (in collaboration with IT) to maximize SEO.
- Create marketing campaigns across all platforms.
- Design graphics for digital and print marketing.
- Create flyers for print and digital marketing.
- Develop new PowerPoints, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Generate leads for the sales team.
- Create short-form videos from existing long-form videos for marketing purposes.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Proficiency with Slack, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and FileMaker preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to create engaging content and graphics.
- Experience with SEO and web page updates.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Any prior experience in the insurance field or a SaaS company is a bonus
