Jocelyn Baker

Industrial & Skilled Trades Employment Specialist

Jocelyn joined Express in 2021 as Front Office Coordinator and since then has moved into the Recruiting Specialist role and is now an Employment Specialist. Jocelyn loves talking with applicants and helping them to feel welcome and not alone in their job search. Jocelyn’s goal is to bring relationships back into staffing and recruiting. In her free time you will find her spending time with her family and pets.

Daria Baldridge

Recruiting Assistant

Daria joined Express Employment in April of 2024 as a Recruiting Assistant. Before joining the team Daria worked as an Administrative Assistant for a retail store where she organized the hiring, along with other payroll tasks. Daria is excited to further her career in talent acquisition while finishing her degree in Human Resources. She loves going out with friends and family, rewatching favorite shows, and sailing on the bay.

Rachel Grandorff

Office Services Employment Specialist & Senior Recruiter - Specialized Recruiting Group

Rachel joined Express in March of 2017 as the FOC in Centralia, WA. She quickly moved into an Employment Specialist role where she managed a blended desk over the next 5 years. She now works in our Professional Division, recruiting for accounting and finance positions. When she is not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and exploring all that the PNW has to offer!

Megan Emery-Martin

Recruiting Assistant

Megan joined Express in July of 2018 as the Recruiting Specialist in Centralia, WA. In her time with Express she has moved around into different roles such as; Front Office Coordinator, Staffing Administrative Assistant, Employment Specialist, and is now Recruiting Assistant here in Olympia. Megan helps candidates with their applications and scheduling their interviews. Megan loves spending time with her family outside of work.

Allison Lambert

Business Developer

Allison is coming to us from the Healthcare segment of Express. She joined the Express family in September of 2022 after moving to Washington from Austin, Texas. With 15 years of customer service experience and an extensive background in coaching, training and staff development, her new role at Express centers around building relationships with Thurston county businesses and understanding their staffing needs. Allison and her husband love trying new restaurants and taking their daughters and pups on long hikes through the beautiful PNW.

Chris Stone

Payroll & Administrative Coordinator

Chris joined Express in December of 2021 as the Employment Specialist for our Office Services Division and worked in that role for 3 years. Now Chris has moved into a Payroll & Admin Coordinator position, working to make sure all of our associates are paid and the office runs smoothly. Before joining Express Chris worked as a purchasing agent for a large medical facility for the last 15 years. Chris enjoys watching sports in his free time, and spending time with his family.

Katrina Bryant

Senior Recruiter - Specialized Recruiting Group

Katrina started at Express in 2018 as the Business Developer. After several years in that role, she moved into and Employment Specialist position and is now Senior Recruiter in our professional division, Specialized Recruiting Group (SRG). SRG is the professional division of Express, and Katrina focuses on filling mid-senior level positions within Sales & Marketing, Non-Profit Management & Government Affairs.
