Job Full Description
Seattle Express Employment Professionals is hiring for a Building Engineer 1!
Schedule: Monday – Friday Day shift (On-Call Rotation)
Pay: $31-34/hr depending on experience
Job Duties:
*Plumbing/Electrical Repair
*Light painting and re-caulking when needed.
*Bathtub/Sink repair
*Residential/Office Maintenance
*Maintain a professional demeanor throughout the workday
Requirements:
*Valid Drivers License required
*2-3+ Years previous maintenance experience (Commercial and Residential)
*Lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
*Comfortable with technology
*Must have your own basic tools
