Property Manager & Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for property management? We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager/Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a unique opportunity to combine property management skills with maintenance expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Duties: Handle work orders, make readies, cleaning, carpet tear outs, appliance installations, and more. (You’ll get help from time to time!)
• Property Management: Manage basic office tasks, leasing, and assist with low-income housing forms. Don’t worry—training is available for the paperwork!

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of property management experience
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• A willingness to learn and grow in both areas!
