Executive Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, flexibility between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Compensation: $19.97 – $30.54 per hour (based on experience)
Are you an experienced administrative professional with a strong technical skillset and a proactive approach to executive support? We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join the executive team at a local rehabilitation center in Spokane. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a confident and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-level environment.
Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant, you will serve as the guardian of the executive hallway, ensuring smooth operations while providing top-tier support to four key leaders—two Therapy Directors, a Case Manager, and a Quality Manager. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, assertiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and screen visitors, answer doors, and escort guests as needed.

Discern and manage access to the executive hallway, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.

Handle incoming calls, provide professional assistance, and redirect as necessary.

Coordinate and manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for the executive team.

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with presentation materials.

Order and maintain office supplies for the department.

Organize and execute receipt reconciliation.

Work closely with executives to provide comprehensive administrative support.

Push back on vendors and sales reps who attempt to solicit within the organization.
Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in a similar high-level administrative role.

Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Ability to work independently with assertiveness and confidence—not shy or entry-level.

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple priorities.

Prior experience in a healthcare or medical facility is beneficial but not required.

Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
