In this role, you will be the first point of contact for their drivers, clients, and partners, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.  Location:  Tacoma, WA

 Position Type:   Temp to Hire

 Pay:  $20/hr

 Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday thru Friday 

 

Job duties to include: 

  • Answering a high volume of phone calls, emails, and texts via multiline phone systems and Outlook
  • Handle daily scheduling of trips by documenting trip requests and selecting the most appropriate transportation providers
  • Process work orders, scale tickets, and bills of lading
    Utilize correct coding and documentation procedures

 

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in a blue-collar office environment (such as logistics, warehouse or transportation)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding setting, requiring a resilient and adaptable mindset
    Experience working in a Call Center is preferred
