Location: Puyallup
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Pay: $21
Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Mon - Fri
Duties:
- Maintains all common areas of property
- Clean clubhouse, empty trash, sweep, mop
- Trouble shoot tenant maintenance issues
- Distribute tenant notices
- Possible light repair plumbing or electrical
- Painting and light landscaping
- Valid Wa State DL and meet companies insurance requirements to drive company vehicle
