Monika started her professional journey as a temporary employee at our Tacoma office while she completed her college degree. Recognizing her talents and potential, we happily offered her a permanent position as our Outside Sales Representative in January of 1998. It was clear from the start that Monika was destined for success in this role, and she quickly became an indispensable member of our team. Throughout her career with us, Monika has consistently exceeded expectations and demonstrated strong leadership skills. Her dedication and hard work have earned her a reputation as a top performer within our organization. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, Monika was promoted to become a partner in our company in 2022. Under Monika's guidance, the Tacoma office has flourished. Her exceptional leadership skills, coupled with her ability to motivate and inspire her team, have been instrumental in achieving this success. She not only excels in her role, but also serves as a mentor and role model for others. Her positive attitude and determination have created a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters growth and success. We are proud to have Monika as a part of our team and look forward to witnessing the continued growth and success of the Tacoma office under her leadership. Aside from her professional commitments, Monika is a dedicated wife and a loving mother to three. In her free time, she thoroughly enjoys participating in various sporting events and has developed a passion for traveling. Additionally, Monika actively contributes to her community and serves as a member on the parish council board at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
