Administrative Assistant Position
About the Role
Join a well-established and respected consulting firm in Vancouver, WA as our new Administrative Assistant. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to provide crucial support to our leadership team, enabling our executives to focus on high-level strategy and growth initiatives.
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday-Friday)
- Schedule: Day shift only with weekends and holidays off
Your Responsibilities
As our Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as the vital "right-hand person" to our leadership team, managing day-to-day functions while supporting company initiatives and goals. You'll handle both internal administrative tasks for Salsbury & Co leadership and assist with client research and project completion.
What You'll Do:
- Manage executive calendars and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
- Coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials
- Handle correspondence and communications
- Support client research and special projects
- Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Office suite
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
- Assist with various office management tasks
