Administrative Assistant Position

About the Role

Join a well-established and respected consulting firm in Vancouver, WA as our new Administrative Assistant. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to provide crucial support to our leadership team, enabling our executives to focus on high-level strategy and growth initiatives.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  • Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday-Friday)
  • Schedule: Day shift only with weekends and holidays off

Your Responsibilities

As our Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as the vital "right-hand person" to our leadership team, managing day-to-day functions while supporting company initiatives and goals. You'll handle both internal administrative tasks for Salsbury & Co leadership and assist with client research and project completion.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage executive calendars and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials
  • Handle correspondence and communications
  • Support client research and special projects
  • Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Office suite
  • Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with various office management tasks

  • Previous personal assistant or administrative support experience
