Specialized Recruiting Group of Walla Walla is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a local executive team. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and assist with special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize executive schedules and appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external contacts
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
Preferred:
- Experience in managing complex schedules and projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience working with a non-profit organization a plus
