What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business and inspiring action. You’ll energize the team and community, building lasting relationships and executing high-impact strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Galvanize New Business: Rally others to act by initiating and closing partnerships with local businesses.
  • Sales Leadership: Conduct over 100 weekly sales calls, both in person and by phone, to inspire confidence in Express’s ability to deliver solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Actively lead and participate in networking groups like the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, and other organizations to drive visibility and build trust.
  • Innovative Prospecting: Fearlessly knock on doors, lead cold-calling efforts, and spearhead strategies to grow your client pipeline.
  • Creative Marketing Leadership: Design and implement innovative campaigns on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to showcase Express’s value.
  • Results-Driven Partnerships: Engage directly with business leaders, identify their needs, and deliver tailored staffing solutions with professionalism and confidence.
