As a Construction Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the construction crew. You will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operations, providing leadership and guidance to crew members, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of construction workers.
- Plan and schedule work activities to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a crew leader or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
